Peter began his career at another R&D tax credit provider, and through this experience saw that there was a more client-centric way of operating. This led Peter to co-found RCK Partners.

James has been working in the tax incentives industry since 2016. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has been instrumental to the growth of RCK.

Sophie’s legal career has spanned over 13 years. Prior to joining RCK, she has spent the last seven years leading an in-house legal, data and compliance team at a leading law firm. Her experience incorporates all things legal (contracts/ litigation/ corporate), data protection, procurement, costs challenges, funding, compliance and dispute resolution. Prior to this, she worked in private practice in asset finance at Norton Rose, specialising in Shipping and Aviation Finance. Within her role of Group CEO, Sophie will focus on strategic-growth, exploring international expansion, growing RCK's service lines, and leading technology-driven projects. Outside of work she is kept busy with her three young children.

Wayne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to joining RCK, Wayne fulfilled the role of Group Commercial Finance Manager in a premium listed business in the professional services sector. Overall, Wayne has 14 years’ experience of working within manufacturing engineering, insurance, professional and financial services in a range of senior commercial and technical finance positions spanning Europe, North America, and Asia.

Phil Hogan is CEO of Hogan Consulting and a former Irish government minister and European Commissioner. With extensive experience across Irish and European politics, including serving as European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development and Commissioner for Trade, Phil brings significant insight into the Irish and European business and policy landscape.

Andrew O'Reilly, Commercial Partner for Ireland at RCK Partners, brings almost 3 decades of experience in commercial leadership, business development, and R&D tax credit advisory. Prior to joining the team at RCK Partners, Andrew held senior commercial roles at Deloitte, where he spent 12 years leading business development, marketing and commercial operations for this market leading R&D Incentives team. He also held tenure in another prominent R&D advisory firm spanning the UK and Ireland, as well as setting up key account management programme in Irelands largest legal practice. His early career was leading technology and systems solutions sales teams in accounting , payroll and later enterprise systems solutions, across multiple sectors He has extensive expertise in R&D tax credits, innovation funding, grants, and growth strategy, working closely with businesses across a wide range of sectors.

Tom has a background in Corporation Tax, where he completed his ACA examinations. He combines deep technical tax knowledge and extensive experience in the preparation and defence of complex R&D claims. He has advised listed, FTSE and other large multinational organisations, working closely with finance, tax and technical leadership teams to identify qualifying activity, analyse expenditure and present claims that are clear and align with HMRC guidance and legislation. In his leadership role, Tom supports clients not only with claim delivery, but also with governance, risk management, process improvement and long-term claim strategy. His approach gives clients confidence that their R&D claims are technically defensible, commercially valuable and supported by a sustainable framework for future submissions.

As a Biomedical Engineer with a Bachelor's and Master's degree, Rose has dedicated her career to developing innovative solutions that advance the field of medical devices. With experience working for a thriving start-up medical device company, and over 6 years experience in R&D engineering, Rose has honed her skills in product development, design and testing. Rose is passionate about using her engineering expertise to create products that positively impact people's lives. She has experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with industry experts to develop cutting-edge medical devices from concept to commercialisation.
