The company sought to improve the growth rates of broilers through developing novel feed regimes and investigating improved lighting patterns and profiles.

Through undertaking R&D activity the company developed novel feeding profiles across crop cycles that greatly improved feed efficiency and minimised gut health problems. Furthermore, development of lighting patterns that delivered tangible improvements in reduced stress levels and improved feed efficiency was also determined.
